All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the time of purchase.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Please note that during periods of high demand, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.


SHIPPING METHODS & TIMEFRAMES

Shipping times are estimated from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on location and carrier.

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International

  • Standard International: 6–12 business days

  • Express International: 3–7 business days

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

From time to time, Charles & Bower may offer complimentary shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated at checkout.


INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Charles & Bower is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the delivery and ensure receipt of the parcel.


DELIVERY ISSUES

Charles & Bower is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


RISK & TITLE

All orders are shipped under a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
